Viva Engage Benchmarking Study
If you're using Viva Engage, we want you to join our Viva Engage Benchmarking analysis. Participating in our benchmarking study means you will see exactly how your Viva Engage network compares with the rest of the world.
SWOOP benchmarking is free and your data remains anonymous. You must be connected to SWOOP Analytics for Viva Engage by August 1, 2024 to be part of our 2024/25 benchmarking analysis.
How does your Viva Engage network compare with other organisations?
As hybrid work becomes the norm, never before has there been more a crucial time to ensure your executives and employees are connecting, communicating and collaborating. Join SWOOP Analytics®’ global Viva Engage benchmarking to see exactly how your Viva Engage network compares with the rest of the world. We will identify your top collaboration champions on Viva Engage, along with thriving communities in your organisation, so you can learn from those within your own business.
What do you get?
We will publish our Viva Engage Benchmarking Report in late 2024, which is written after analysing the data from all participating organisations. If your Viva Engage network is among the best, you will receive a SWOOP Award for Outstanding Collaborative Performance, and be offered the opportunity to be featured in the report to share your learnings.
Free custom report
You can also opt-in to receive a custom Viva Engage benchmarking report authored by SWOOP’s Chief Scientist Dr Laurence Lock Lee. This custom report compares the results of your Viva Engage network with all other participating organisations. This will include a comparison of your Viva Engage network against 16 different metrics and show how you scored against the average, and the best, performing organisations. We will also compare your collaborative network performance against others, and Dr Lock Lee will provide a qualitative summary of your organisation’s strengths and areas for improvement.
Your data is 100% confidential
SWOOP does not store any message content, names or email addresses. Your company name is kept confidential and your participation is not disclosed. If your Viva Engage network is among the best in the world we will ask your permission to mention you and offer you the opportunity to have a case study written, which will then be included in the global benchmarking report. In your custom report (provided only to you) we will show how you compare with others but you will not be able to see who these other organisations are.
SWOOP Analytics® is ISO27001 certified. We can provide you with a copy of our ISO27001 certificate and accompanying Statement of Applicability. Annual independent third party penetration tests are conducted and a summary of the report findings can be provided. A full list of the data fields we store are available. The data we extract is stored with Microsoft Azure in one of the following countries, which you decide: US, Canada, Ireland, Germany, Australia. Your data is used only for the purpose of publishing the benchmarking report.
Who can participate?
You must have a minimum 100 employees on Viva Engage and your Viva Engage network must have been active for more than six months. There is no limit to the upper number of colleagues on your Viva Engage network.
