World’s best Yammer collaboration champions
Does your organisation boast one of the world’s best Yammer networks?
As part of SWOOP Analytics’ 2020 Yammer Benchmarking report we have identified the world’s best enterprise Yammer networks when it comes to collaboration and productivity, along with the top Yammer Communities.
Using real-time data, SWOOP analysed 116 organisations in its 2020 global Yammer Benchmarking, almost 9,000 Yammer Communities with more than 2.6 million employees and 17 million+ interactions, across the breadth of industry sectors.
For the third consecutive year, SWOOP has honoured the top performing networks with a SWOOP Award for Outstanding Collaborative Performance.

We’ve spoken with the Yammer Community managers and facilitators from all these companies and shared their stories in the full benchmarking report. We’ve also summarised their top tips for Yammer success for you to be inspired.
As well as identifying the top collaborative enterprises in the 2020 SWOOP Benchmarking report, we also did a deep dive into productive Yammer Communities, analysing 8,916 communities.
KFC had the most Yammer Communities in the top 1% of the almost 9,000 we analysed with 11 identified among the top performers, followed by ANZ and Telstra with seven, Coca-Cola with six and international home improvement company Kingfisher and global publisher Wiley with five.
